What documents do I need to provide each month?

Typically we need cost invoices, bank statements and information about revenue (sales invoices or fiscal reports). You can send everything electronically through our app or simply select the invoices in KSeF to be booked.

Can I send invoices electronically?

Yes — we prefer an electronic document flow. You can upload scans or photos of invoices directly to our client panel or send them by email. It is not mandatory, though: if you prefer, you can also deliver documents in person.

How will I be informed about the amount of taxes?

You will receive information about taxes and ZUS social security contributions by email or text message. They will also be visible in your client panel well in advance.

Of course! We help complete the CEIDG application, choose the form of taxation and register for VAT and ZUS. We also support the registration of a limited liability company (KRS) and the preparation of the necessary documents. The whole process can be handled remotely or during a meeting.

It's very simple. All you need to do is sign an agreement with us and we'll take care of the rest — we'll contact your current firm, take over the documentation and report the change to the tax office.
